Seascapes of Maine

and Atlantic Canada

A favourite time of year for Doug and Susan to visit the east coast is in the fall. The brisk salt air and the solitude of the coast, this time of year is one of awe and inspiration.

Looking through this collection of seascapes, you will swear you can hear the waves crashing the shoreline, smell the salty air or hear the sound of the gulls just off shore.

The sea, once it casts its spell, holds one in its net of wonder forever. – Jacques Eves Cousteau

Vintage Automobiles

Collectors Commissions

This series of commissionable works from Doug is all based on his love and fond memories of vintage automobiles. Doug’s first car was a 1953 Studebaker Commander and it was the car that became a catalyst for these new commissions.

If you love vintage cars, own a vintage car or are a collector, then what a fabulous way to memorialize your favourite vehicle in a way a photograph can’t. It is a magical quality that only art can achieve.

Only those who have felt it will understand the love between a man and his car. – Unknown
